2. 270 Degrees Drum & Cabin slewing for discharge

The mixing drum can be slewed hydraulically through 270 degrees together with cabin for high discharge over 2.0m on the four sides of the vehicle. The drum can also be lifted up 16 degrees from the bottom by two hydraulic cylinders for the convenience of concrete discharge.

3. 2x310L Rear water tank & hydraulic water pump

2x310L Water tank is fitted in the rear of vehicle. Self-priming hydraulic water pump features quick suction (550L/min.)

4.Panoramic monitor

The driving cameras fitted on the truck and monitor in cabin are designed for the driving safety.

5. 600L Shovel

600L Loading shovel is fitted with teeth in front and completed with hydraulic opening gate. It can fulfill the drum around 6 times of loading.

Working processing of self-loading mobile concrete mixer:

1.by charging scoop,small amount of sand and gravel is loaded into the mixing drum,

 

2.self-loading concrete mixer interior injected into water, when the supply water flow is completed, adding cement, self-loading concrete mixer will run to the designated place to unload concrete, at the same time, the mixing drum will keep rotating to ensure that the concrete dose not condense.
